A quiz to explore how you feel
in your relationships with others.
Romantic and close relationships are shaped by trust in yourself and trust in others. Attachment styles offer a framework for understanding how close you feel comfortable getting to someone, how much you can lean on them, and how comfortably you can stand on your own.
Adult attachment research describes these differences along two dimensions: attachment anxiety (how much you worry about someone pulling away) and attachment avoidance (how uncomfortable you feel with closeness). High and low levels of each combine into four styles: Secure·Anxious·Avoidant·Fearful-Avoidant.
